ILLiad has several options to customize communication and workflow to enable the delivery of physical materials to a home or office address.
The workflow we recommend is to enable the Loan Delivery Method setting on user records for those who receive this service. Requests from users with this delivery method will move through an alternate workflow that includes an email to notification specific for direct delivery. It also allows you to customize your print templates and establish alternate workflows with system routing.
