Below are lists of the default email templates for Borrowing, Document Delivery, and Lending. All templates can be accessed and edited in the ILLiad Customization Manager under the Notification Templates tab. See Creating and Editing Email Templates for more information.
As of ILLiad 8.6, ALL email templates are stored in the database and can be accessed and edited from the ILLiad Customization Manager. Default email template names should not be changed. Changing default email template names will result in failed emails.
Borrowing Emails
