In order to make any form layout customizations, you must be in Template Editing mode. See Creating and Assigning Desktop Client Templates to Staff Users for more information.
Staff can change the order of tabs in the Aeon Desktop Client when in the Template Editing mode. Tab orders will be saved as a part of a specific template customization. Tab order changes can be made on the Request form, the User form, and the Activity form.
- On a Request, User, or Activity form, click on the tab that you want to move.
- Drag the tab to tab to a new location.
- The tab will now stay in the new location.
