You can send email to Aeon users from within the Client. User-related emails are sent from the User Information form. Email templates are created in the Customization Manager and accessed in the Client. You send email, check email status and resend email from within the Aeon Client; all email processes are handled by the System Manager. You can send status specific emails about a request from the Requests tab on the User Information form.
To email a user from within Aeon, find the user and open their User Information form. Next, select the Email ribbon at the top and then choose New E-mail from the ribbon. Both the default user templates and any user templates you create display in the dropdown menu.

Using a Blank Email
If you just click New E-mail without selecting a template, a blank email template will open. Fill out the email information and hit Send E-mail when you are ready to send it. If you decide to cancel the email without sending it, simply hit the Cancel E-Mail button.
