Users may encounter a CCC credentials error if the ILLiad Client is left idle for a period of time with the Process Copyright form open. This is due to a known bug that prevents ILLiad from properly reauthenticating the CCC credentials after the idle period. The error message displayed will vary depending on the version of the ILLiad:
To resolve this error:
- Close the Process Copyright form in the ILLiad Client.
- Reopen the Process Copyright form. The error message should no longer display.
- If you continue to encounter this error, close and reopen the ILLiad Client.
- If the error persists after restarting the ILLiad Client, please check that your CCC Marketplace credentials are set correctly in the CCCUsername and CCCPassword customization keys in the ILLiad Customization Manager.
