As of the CCC web service update implemented in ILLiad v9.1.4 and 9.2, canceling a copyright order directly through ILLiad is no longer possible. If you need to cancel a copyright order for an item after it is submitted, open the Borrowing Request form for the specific transaction record. From the Borrowing Processing ribbon, in the Copyright section of the Detail tab, locate the item's Copyright Order number, then log into your CCC account on the CCC's website and search for the item using this number to review your cancellation options.
