If you decide your site will process copyright outside of Ares and you do not want items submitted through the web pages to be sent to Awaiting Copyright Processing you can change the CopyrightRequired value in your IRF web pages (ex: IRFArticle.html, IRFBookChapter.html, etc.) to "No".
This will remove the checkbox from the Copyright Required field and keep the item from moving to the Awaiting Copyright Processing queue.
