If there is a Lender symbol specified in the transaction record, you can access the OCLC Policies Directory record for that symbol by clicking the Policies Directory button on the OCLC section of the Borrowing Processing Ribbon. Clicking that button will open a web browser, log on to the OCLC Policies Directory, and perform a search for the specified symbol. From here you may check the policies associated with the specified institution. You can also open the Policies Directory from inside the Lender Selection Record by clicking the globe icon, (the *OCLC Policies Directory icon) located in the Symbol field.
The OCLC Authorization and Password values are specified in the Customization Manager under System | OCLC.
