The release of the ILLiad 9.1 fully accessible and responsive web pages led to many changes in both the appearance and functionality of the default ILLiad web pages. As a result, some status lines previously used in the ILLiad web pages may no longer be relevant or may require verbiage changes to match new functionality. These status lines are edited using customization keys located in the ILLiad Customization Manager under Web Interface | Status Lines. As these keys are not automatically updated in order to prevent overwriting any customizations, it is recommended to check the status line keys listed in this article and edit them manually, if necessary, to ensure that the language on your web pages is accurate after updating your ILLiad web pages.
Status Lines Requiring Terminology Updates
Due to functionality changes in the 9.1 web pages, the following status lines should be updated according to the listed recommendations:
|Request Cancelled. You can resubmit cancelled requests from the View/Resubmit Cancelled Requests option.
|Request Cancelled. You can resubmit cancelled requests under History by selecting the Resubmit Request Action.

Status Lines Replaced with New Functionality
The following status lines have been replaced by or updated with new functionality. No action is required to update these keys, but it is recommended to check each key and move any instructions or important information you may have added in the status line to display elsewhere on your web pages if it is noted that the status line no longer displays:
|Displayed on the page listing all active requests.
|Active requests are now displayed on the ILLiad Main Menu and this status line no longer displays.
|Displayed on the page listing a set number of most recent active requests.
|All active requests are now displayed on the ILLiad Main Menu without limit and this status line no longer displays.
|Displayed if a customer requested a renewal but renewals were not allowed for that item.
|The renew button is grayed out when the option is unavailable and this status line no longer displys.
|Displayed if a customer attempted to cancel a request but it was already at the Request Sent status and the WebCancelAfterProcess key was set to No.
|The cancel button is grayed out when the option is unavailable and this status line no longer displays.
|Displayed at the top of the list of all requests.
|Displays on Cancelled and Completed Requests page. The list of all requests will now display the SLShowAllRequests status line.
|Displayed at the top of the electronic delivery form to instruct customers how to download or view the article.
|Replaced by the View button that appears next to Electronically Received Articles on the ILLiad Main Menu. This status line no longer displays.
|Displayed if a customer viewed electronic delivery items that had been deleted in order to undelete them.
|Replaced by the Undelete button available in the Actions dropdown menu for requests with deleted electronic delivery items. This status line no longer displays.
|Displayed if a customer attempted to edit a request that was already in process by staff.
|The edit button is grayed out when the option is unavailable and this status line no longer displays.
Status Lines Consolidated
The following keys have been consolidated into the SLShowDetail key and are no longer used:
