Web Alerts allow you to communicate your business hours, special events, or other timely and important information to your users. You can specify which users you want to receive the Alerts. Users can also subscribe to receive any Alerts as RSS Feeds.
The default ILLiad 9.1 web pages will place the Alerts box directly under the navigation bar:
