Reviewing Pending and Failed Emails

You can view pending and failed emails from the Outgoing Notifications screen.

  1. From the ILLiad main screen, double-click on Outgoing Notifications in the System group.
  2. To see Failed email notifications, click on the Failed E-mails tab.
  3. To see Pending email notifications, click on the Pending E-mails tab.
  4. These screens will display a list of notifications. There are a few options here:
    • Select a specific notification from the list and click Cancel Notification. This will cancel the sending of the notification.
    • Select a specific notification from the list and click Resend Notification. This will attempt to resend the notification.
    • Click Resend All Notifications. This will attempt to resend all notifications in the list.
