You can view pending and failed emails from the Outgoing Notifications screen.
- From the ILLiad main screen, double-click on Outgoing Notifications in the System group.
- To see Failed email notifications, click on the Failed E-mails tab.
- To see Pending email notifications, click on the Pending E-mails tab.
- These screens will display a list of notifications. There are a few options here:
- Select a specific notification from the list and click Cancel Notification. This will cancel the sending of the notification.
- Select a specific notification from the list and click Resend Notification. This will attempt to resend the notification.
- Click Resend All Notifications. This will attempt to resend all notifications in the list.
