Reviewing Pending and Failed Text Notifications

You can view pending and failed text notifications from the Outgoing Notifications screen.

1. From the ILLiad main screen, double-click on Outgoing Notifications in the System group.
2. To see Failed text notifications, click on the Failed SMS tab.
3. To see Pending text notifications, click on the Pending SMS tab.
4. These screens will display a list of notifications. There are a few options here:
   1. Select a specific notification from the list and click Cancel Notification. This will cancel the sending of the notification.
   2. Select a specific notification from the list and click Resend Notification. This will attempt to resend the notification.
   3. Click Resend All Notifications. This will attempt to resend all notifications in the list.
