Rolling Back the ILLiad Client to a Previous Version

If you need to roll your version of the ILLiad Client back to a previous version, please follow the steps below:

  1. Uninstall your current version of the ILLiad Client. Go to Windows\Control Panel\Uninstall a program, find and right-click on ILLiad Client, and select Uninstall.
  2. Use the File Explorer to navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\ILLiad and remove any files in this folder EXCEPT your .dbc file (if located in this folder). Do not remove any subfolders. 
  3. Download the Client installer for the previous version from the ILLiad Downloads page and run this file to re-install the Client.
  4. Download the latest DOCLINE scripts from the ILLiad Downloads page and place them into the C:\ProgramData\ILLiad\Docline\ folder (ILLiad 9.2) or the C:\Program Files (x86)\ILLiad\Docline folder (ILLiad 9.1) in case these files have been replaced when running the installer in step 3.
