You can create or edit Shared List Items from the Shared List Management form. Any changes made to a Shared List Item that is linked to a Course will also be made to any Items linked to that Shared List Item.
- Open the Shared List Management form (System, Shared Lists).
- Select the Shared List to add the new Item to from the grid.
- Click the New button under the Item Section.
- Fill in the citation information for the new Item.
- Click Save.
