Adding Items to Shared Lists

You can create or edit Shared List Items from the Shared List Management form. Any changes made to a Shared List Item that is linked to a Course will also be made to any Items linked to that Shared List Item.

  1. Open the Shared List Management form (System, Shared Lists).
  2. Select the Shared List to add the new Item to from the grid.
  3. Click the New button under the Item Section.
  4. Fill in the citation information for the new Item.
  5. Click Save.

You can also clone an existing Course Item to a Shared List to create a Shared List Item. See Cloning Items to Shared Lists for more information.
