Resetting a Staff User Password

You can reset a staff user's password from within the staff manager as well as from within the client.

  1. Select the user who's password you wish to edit in the User grid.
  2. Click Change Password on the Home ribbon.
  3. The Change Password confirmation form appears.
    1. To force that staff user to change their password the next time they log in, check the Force Reset Checkbox.
  4. Enter and re-enter the new password in the form.
  5. Click OK to save the new password.
