You can reset a staff user's password from within the staff manager as well as from within the client.
- Select the user who's password you wish to edit in the User grid.
- Click Change Password on the Home ribbon.
- The Change Password confirmation form appears.
- To force that staff user to change their password the next time they log in, check the Force Reset Checkbox.
- Enter and re-enter the new password in the form.
- Click OK to save the new password.
