The PrintDigitizationRequest.docx template is designed differently than other templates in order to bring in multiple line items from the Billing Estimate. To view the hidden merge codes on the template, the Microsoft Word Display Field Codes command must be active or the template will appear blank. On the first page of the template, you will find a set of mail merge functions that will enable the template to pull in multiple line items into the invoice section on the second page.
Do not edit the code on the first page of the template and be careful not to edit the braces on the second pages as highlighted in the illustration below. We recommend only editing information in the tables on the second page.
