With email routing, you can have a transaction automatically route to a specific status when you send a designated custom email.
This feature is only available for Transaction templates that have been custom created. This is not available for default email templates.
- In the Aeon Customization Manager, click the E-mail Templates tab.
- Click New to create a new template or click Edit to edit an existing template. Email Routing is only available for custom-made Transaction templates.
- Select the statuses you want requests to automatically route to when sending this email. The default status is None, and when at that status no routing will occur. Select these from the drop-down menus under Transaction Status and Photoduplication Status.
- Click Save.
