Requests can be cloned in the ILLiad client and from the web pages. Cloning can be done in all process types (Borrowing, Doc Del, and Lending). New buttons have been added to the ribbons to allow cloning. In Borrowing and Doc Del, you can clone to the same user or a different user. In Lending, you can clone to the same Borrower or a different Borrower. You can only clone Lending requests that have a System ID of OTH or LWEB.
