Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a simple mechanism for adding style (e.g. fonts, colors, spacing) to web documents such as your ILLiad html pages. Within ILLiad, these fields control all of the style formatting for the ILLiad page. Making changes to the CSS styles will affect all of the ILLiad pages at the same time.
The default ILLiad html pages include three style sheets within the formatting of the page. These sheets determine how the pages will display in browser windows or when printing.
These three style sheets include:
- main.css: This is the stylesheet used for the majority of all browsers.
- 1e6_or_less.css: If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or an earlier version, you would use this stylesheet, as it includes minor corrections to work with the formatting in those browsers.
- print.css: If you would like to have your print style differ from your display style, you can use this page to set your print style.
