This page explains font color-coding for blocked and disavowed users and working with the ILLiad client log. The ILLiad Options feature located in the ILLiad Icon allows you to choose display colors for blocked and disavowed users listed in basic and custom search results. The Log Configuration area provides a convenient platform to configure the ILLiad log file for troubleshooting and feedback without having to edit the logon.config file. Use the Resources form to check database connections and client version information.
- From the ILLiad main screen, click the ILLiad Icon in the top left corner.
- Click on Options.
- From this screen, you can change the color in which users and requests appear in ILLiad. You can also change the colors for OCLC Days to Respond.
By default, Blocked users display in red and Disavowed users display in dark gray.
All Requests in Borrowing, Document Delivery, and Lending queues display in black.
- To change any of these display options, select a new color from the drop-down list.
- Click OK to exit the Options screen.
