Setting Up Notifications to be Printed Instead of Emailed

By default, all Borrowing Cancellation notices generated in the ILLiad Client are sent automatically by the system to the customer via E-mail. If you wish to instead print these notices, this is possible, but it requires creating the document to be printed. The Cancellation.doc print document is NOT a part of the standard ILLiad installation and will not exist in your system unless it is created. Once the document is created, it will need to be associated with the Notify.xls data file.
