Purpose/Scope
The System Manager logs help troubleshoot issues that may be occurring for programs controlled by the System Manager such as addons. By default, the logs are set to INFO which is good for basic troubleshooting. In some cases, you may need to update the logs to DEBUG to allow for more in-depth error message recording.
Resolution
- Open the ILLiadSystemManager.log.config file in the System Manager folder with a code editor (e.g., NotePad++ or Visual Studio Code). Default location: C:\illiad\SystemManager.
- Change the level value from INFO to DEBUG.
- Click Save.
