User was getting an error when attempting to log into the Electronic Delivery Utility: Unable to create a back up path.



Verify that the user signed into the machine has permissions to save to the folder(s) assigned in the ElectronicDeliveryUtilityImagesPathDocDel and ElectronicDeliveryUtilityImagesPathLending keys.

Verify that folder path listed in the error exists on the computer being used by the Electronic Delivery Utility.
