Batch Cloning Requests

Multiple requests can be cloned in a batch process using the Aeon Desktop Client.

1. In the Grid view of a request queue, the options Clone to Current User and Clone to Another User are available on the Process Ribbon.
2. Select multiple requests from the list.
3. Follow the typical cloning process for either option to clone requests to the current users or to another user.
