Flag queues, also known as virtual status queues, display lists of Items that have been flagged with a particular flag. Items that are flagged still maintain their workflow status queue. For example, an Item can remain in the Awaiting Reserves Processing workflow queue while also being flagged with a status like "Supervisor Review." Flag queues display on the Ares home screen and have a flag icon next to the name of the flag.
Default Flag Queues
Several flags exist by default and will be applied to Items at certain times.
|Batch Upload Failed||
If batch uploading fails for an Item, it will be flagged with this flag.
|Item In Processing||
When a staff user has an Item form open, the Item will be flagged
|Loan Period Changed
|Hard Copy Item
Cancelled by Instructor
If an Instructor deletes an Item on the Ares web pages, it will be
|Invalid Active Dates|
|Copyright Fees Increased|
|Copyright Fees Reduced|
