Custom Flags are created in the Customization Manager in the System | General | CustomQueues table.
- Open the Customization Manager and navigate to the CustomQueues table.
- Click the New Record option from the Home ribbon.
- Enter the new flag name in the Queue Name field in the editing window.
- Check the Is Flag box.
- Check the Can Clone box for the flag to clone with new Item records when Items or Courses are cloned.
