DOCLINE Authentication
Have you received a 'Permission Denied' or 'Couldn't sign you in' error message when attempting to authenticate into DOCLINE through ILLiad using Google accounts? See the images below for examples. This issue is a result of a conflict with Google's authentication. To fix this problem we recommend:

Switching to a Non-Google Authentication Provider

Note: If you're using DOCLINE outside of ILLiad and through regular browsers, It is recommended that you maintain your existing Google account with that email address for DOCLINE account access.
