Adding or Removing Request Flags

You can use custom request flags to mark requests for specific internal purposes. For example, you could create a flag to assign to requests that need to be reviewed by a supervisor. These flags are independent of the transaction status. Flags will display on the ILLiad main menu along with the status queues. Flags can be searched in ILLiad custom searching by using the CustomFlags table. You can search by Flag Name, ID, and NVTGC. 

Client and Server Addons can be used to add and remove flags.  

You can easily add flags to transactions by clicking the Add Flag button on the request form.

  1. Open the request you want to add a flag to or remove a flag from.
  2. To add a flag, click Add Flag and select the flag to add.
  3. Select the flag that you want to add from the list. You can add more than one flag to a request.
  4. To remove a flag, click Remove Flag and select the flag to remove.
