Thank you! That sounds like it will really help. The instructions indicate downloading the 9.0.3 LUA scripts, but my institution is on 8.7.3.0. Should I still use the 9.0.3 scripts? Thank you again...

The problem is that we don't want to import all requests, as we don't import requests that we are rejecting or that we are filling via email. In the past we have done that by importing the requests...
