Ares Routing Status Language
I've been working on changing the language in our routing statuses to better suit our processes. I was told that their is a useful portion of a recorded webinar that covers this subject, but I am having trouble locating the video. Would someone be able to link the video? The only information I have to go on is that the webinar might have occurred in November 2018.

I looked around a bit at our Ares virtual conference content from the last couple of years and didn't find anything that seemed directly related to this topic, David. But you might take a look yourself:
