Question about Workform Mapping
Hi Anne Marie,
I'm Freya from Dickinson College's ILL program. We recently had an issue where our copyright information was copying twice from the ILLiad form into the OCLC form, resulting in an error message. For the time being, I set the relevant Constant Data fields to "Overwrite" so that CCL would only appear once. Do you know why this was happening, and is there a better long-term solution to this problem?
