Using Flags in Aeon
I wanted to touch base and find out how you all are using the flag feature in Aeon. The documentation describes them here:

But I wanted to get some examples of how you're using them. It may be that you're using flags for something we could improve in the workflow itself, or something that could be a custom queue instead.
Anybody using the heck out of them? Are you happy with them? Did you try them out and hate them? :)

We started using them for photoduplication requests, marking transactions where we are waiting to hear back about things like copyright permission being granted, or large requests that take time to get a page count so they can be invoiced, and a few other things that have really made a big difference for the person responsible for these requests. She's really happy with how they work and have made the workflow much smoother.
