ILLiad Version 9.0 End of Support Coming Soon. Please Update to Version 9.1.

Hello ILLiad Users,

With all the excitement surrounding the upcoming ILLiad 9.2 Release and ILLiad’s 25th Birthday Party Event, I wanted to send a reminder that we are approaching the END OF SUPPORT FOR VERSION 9.0.

ILLiad version 9.0 will not be supported as of April 1st, 2022. You must upgrade to ILLiad version 9.1 by March 31st, 2022, to ensure you will receive the latest support (e.g., security updates) and to ensure you don’t lose access to the integrated services (e.g., CCC interface and OCLC web service). Please note, to continue using the CCC interface, you’ll need to ensure you’re on v9.1.4 of the ILLiad Client.

OCLC-hosted users should contact OCLC support to get the latest Update Scheduler Link to reserve their update time slot. Self-hosted ILLiad should contact their IT department to update ILLiad to the latest version.
