The Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) has recently made several changes to its web service (aka Marketplace). To keep up to date with these changes, Atlas will be releasing an update soon with several changes to both the CCC interface and the CCC workflows. One of the main changes will impact special ordering. To prepare for this update, Aaron Reid, the Product Manager for Marketplace, and Sara Juel, the Product Manager for Ares will show you the changes in both systems and allow the opportunity for any questions.
