ILLiad 9.1.5 server point release is now available

Atlas Systems' development team is starting off the new year with the release of the ILLiad v9.1.5 server point release. This update is now available on the ILLiad Server Automatic Updater screen. The update includes a quick fix to the Odyssey Manager to address the following issue:
- Resent Odyssey documents were not overwriting previously delivered PDFs when resending articles.
This update is only for ILLiad 9.1.x users and there is no associated client update. Please scroll to the bottom of the **ILLiad 9.1 Release Notes** for more information. If you’d like to schedule a server update, please contact your support representative if hosted by OCLC or Atlas Systems or your local server administrator if you are self-hosted for ILLiad.

Has anyone else experienced an uptick in the number of "PDF Conversion Failed" errors after updating to 9.1.5?
We're a multi-site self-hosted installation; most of our branches didn't see a change after the update but our medical library has been getting this frequently on Borrowing requests after the lender sends the PDF. Some are still being processed with no problem, some are getting the error "PDF Conversion Failed" and sticking in the status Odyssey Document Received. The PDF is in the proper folder on the server and we can send a notification to the patron after manually routing the request on to Delivered to Web, but that workaround is very undesirable.
So far I haven't been able to identify a common feature to the requests that work/don't work that might be causing the bug.
Seeing a similar increase here at MDY. We are manually converting TIFs to PDFs for delivery.
