ILLiad and the EFTS move to MLA
EFTS operations recently moved from the University of Connecticut Health Center to MLA’s new EFTS platform. Atlas Systems and MLA staff shared project status information and sample ILLiad EFTS export files for testing during the transition and expect no issues for ILLiad users. ILLiad users will export the EFTS billing file from Billing Manager as usual and provide to EFTS for processing.
If you need to check your list of libraries assigned to EFTS billing due to changes in EFTS membership for any reason, you can run the EFTS Participating Libraries report from Billing Manager. Select the EFTS icon from the left navigation ribbon and run the report using the button on the right side as pictured below. You can also export the data if you need to compare using spreadsheets.
