For more than 20 years Atlas Systems has supported the work of libraries and other institutions, first with ILLiad for resource sharing management and then with Ares for course reserves and Aeon and ArchivesSpace for special collections and archives management. During this unprecedented period as we all wonder what the coming year will look like we want to assure you that we continue to be committed to working with you and to delivering the service and support you need.
In our conversations with customers we have heard your concerns, especially related to budgets. Our Atlas team has always embraced transparency when it comes to support and pricing and we are sensitive to the challenges you are currently facing. With that in mind, we want you to know that we have rarely increased our software and hosting fees and have no plans to increase them now. You can rest assured that your Atlas service fees will remain the same for the foreseeable future.
We know the coming year might be difficult for many and we want you to know we are here to work through the difficult times with you. If you have seen any of our recent ads, you know we have been using the theme “You have a job to do. We help you do it.” To us, this is more than an advertising slogan. It is our commitment to you, and we stand by it.
