Atlas Accounts Authentication Upgrade
As ArchivesSpace members provided through Atlas Systems, you have access to both the Video Training Library (VTL) and the Atlas knowledgebase documentation which have recently undergone an upgrade to the authentication system. Stephanie Spires will be sending out an email today, April 22nd, regarding these changes. Since the VTL, the documentation, and then login to view or submit tickets in the Atlas’ Zendesk support system all utilize the same account, you will need to reset your password prior to accessing any of these platforms. Once you reset your password, the changes will persist into the other platforms.
Upon your next login, please follow these easy steps:
· Visit training.atlas-sys.com
· Click Sign-in in the upper left corner of the screen
· Click “Forgot Password” to set a new password and verify the email address
Please note that the emailed link for resetting passwords and verifying email address is valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, just repeat the steps to get a new active link in your email. This validation will only be required again if your email address changes in the future.
