Documentation Migration
We are excited to announce Atlas' ArchivesSpace documentation has undergone a migration to a comprehensive location for customer information. The Atlas Systems Support page will now house product documentation, the community forums, and allow customers to ‘Submit a request’ for technical support all in one location. In addition, there are easily accessible links to our other support websites (e.g., UserVoice or the Video Training Library).
ArchiveSpace documentation has officially been moved over to the Atlas Systems Support page as a part of this migration. The new landing page will feature the same authentication requirements as Prometheus. This means your login username and password will be the same credentials you used for Prometheus.
The ArchivesSpace articles will not be visible unless you have logged in first.
Questions about an article or need more information? Customers can click Submit a request in the upper right-hand corner of any page to contact customer support or click Feedback at the bottom of the page to fill out a quick survey for our Documentation Specialist.
Our goal is to make documentation more accessible and easier to search by implementing these new vital functions: Search bar queries will provide results from both the Knowledgebase articles and Community posts. Each article suggests similar “Articles in this section” so you don’t have to go digging for related articles. The Atlas Systems Support page is now fully functional and updated regularly. Prometheus is no longer publically available. If you have any questions or suggestions, please submit a support request or comment below. Thanks!
