ILLiad Not Picked Up Reminders addon

Hello,

We are considering using the "Not Picked Up Reminders" addon for ILLiad:

I would like to hear comments from anyone who is using this addon.  Our ILL Office is moving to a different floor than our circulation desk, so this might save us some legwork.
