Anyone using Ares for past exams/ course syllabi repository?

Hello everyone,
Is anyone using Ares (or another tool) to act as a database/ repository for past exams or course syllabi?
Would love to hear how anyone is doing this, particularly how the docs get in there (webform? added by staff? uploaded by instructor?), access by students  (a joinable course? accessible to all via data loads?) and maintenance over time (do they expire after an amount of time? quality control?).
Thanks so much,

  • Hi Monica,  I'm going to include your question in the Atlas Access Services newsletter that goes out to see if we can get you any responses there.  Does that sound ok?

  • I do not use Ares for past exams or course syllabi. In the several years I've used Ares, I've not been asked about this. I only see pdf articles/chapters and links
