Ares hard copy processes

Hi all, 

We're working on expanding the functionality of hard copy reserves in Ares, but we need your help. Specifically we need your comments on the items in UserVoice related to multiple copies of the same material (six copies of Moby Dick at the reserves desk) and how they should be processed, displayed, and managed. 

For example, there's a suggestion about warning when cancelling a hard copy item here:

We would love to hear your thoughts on if you're processing hard copies in Ares, what pieces are missing/cumbersome for you, and what you'd love to make a priority.
