Ares v5.0.10 Update Notification

Hello Ares Community,

Atlas System has identified a bug in the v5.0.10.0 update which under some circumstances can present a 500 error code when using LTI with the message “The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request”. Our development team has completed a fix that resolves this issue and we’re currently testing the update with some institutions. As soon as we have a re-release date for the update in this post: https://support.atlas-sys.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/29681296149651-Upcoming-Ares-Security-Update-on-May-29th-2024, I will follow back up. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We’re working to get this out as fast as possible.
