Cost to clear copyright / "Awaiting Doc Provider Processing" queue

Does anyone have advice on how to find the cost to clear copyright on an article once the request has been moved to the "Awaiting Doc Provider Processing" queue? 

I went to the "Copyright" tab under the "Borrowing Request" page for an article and clicked the "Gateway Search" shopping cart icon; the price field was empty. Nothing is appearing on the "Copyright" page, either.
