MLA launches the new EFTS custom pricing groups to support $0 billing charges from ILLiad

Hello ILLiad Community,

I hope this message finds you well. The Medical Library Association (MLA) just announced the launch of EFTS Custom Pricing Groups for lending libraries. This new feature should allow lending libraries to submit $0 charges and/or any other custom billing amounts for libraries with reciprocal agreements. This should minimize if not eliminate unbilled transactions needing approval or manual corrections. The feature will also allow for more than just 11 reciprocal libraries.

As a part of the release, MLA has marked any transaction over 180 days as system-approved at $0, to help resolve the backlog of unbilled transactions as time moves on. For more information see: https://www.mlanet.org/p/cm/ld/fid=1122&&blogaid=3507.
