ILLiad 9.1 Webpages - filtering Notification history?
I'm working on updating our webpages to 9.1, and realized that the History > Notifications page includes all emails sent from ILLiad related to that user's account, not just those sent to the patron. (For example, in my notifications I can see emails that were sent to Acquisitions about purchasing a book and from one staff person to another with a question about the request.)
In the Customization Manager I didn't see a setting to filter these (similar to the WebTNNotesFilter key); apologies if I missed this. Has anyone found a good way to filter the Notifications to include only those sent to the patron?
Thanks!

Hello Mike,
Thank you for posting in our Community Forum! I did a quick search of the documentation and couldn't find anything right away so I've created a support ticket. An agent will be in touch with you shortly to help look at your configuration and see what we can do to better assist you with your inquiry. If you receive a response from another ILLiad user or find the answer to the question, feel free to respond directly to the ticket and we will close it.
Thanks,

Thanks, Sara! Wasn't sure if others had already solved this, so I thought I should ask before adding it to UserVoice. :)
No problem! :) If this ends up being an enhancement request instead of something we can find a workaround for, then I think this would be a great idea to add to UserVoice!
We're interested in this question as well, as we definitely don't want all notifications sent from ILLiad showing up under the History page of the patron's account.

Mike & Beth,
Unfortunately, after looking into this some more filtering like this isn't currently possible. The enhancement idea has been added to UserVoice, feel free to upvote the idea and add any additional comments on how you would like to see this functionality work.
If you have any additional questions, please let me know. Thanks!
