Conducting Aeon User Assessment

Hello Aeon Colleagues,

We implemented Aeon about 6 months ago, and now that we've finally figured a lot of things out (!) we'd like to collect some feedback from users on our customizations (such as menu labels, status line text, webpage content, etc), as well as on some of the local user guides we've created.

Has anyone done any kind of Aeon user assessment, and if so would you be willing to share any tips or advice? What we'd really like to find out is if we've customized Aeon in a way that meets our users' needs, or if we can make any improvements to help users navigate online requesting.
