Need your feedback about possible enhancement (importing location info to requests)

We have had several Aeon sites tell us that they store some of their location information in a non-public file (Access, Excel, etc.) and would like a way to import that info to the Aeon request automatically. I've created an idea for this in UserVoice but I need additional details from you all and how you'd like this to work.
