Awaiting Unfilled Processing queue won't empty

I have a few requests that landed in my Awaiting Unfilled Processing. I re-submitted those requests using the "Import Into Resubmission" feature, which updated the OCLC ILL number and re-populated the lender string. I then clicked "Request Sent," and they cleared from the queue and were all filled in due time. However, the requests keep landing back in the AUP queue. I've manually changed their statuses to "Request Finished," but the next business day, they return to AUP. I don't want to cancel the requests for stat-keeping purposes. Does anyone have ideas on how to keep the requests in the Closed/Finished queue?

    Chris,

Transactions are moved to Awaiting Unfilled Processing by the Connection Manager which facilitates the communication with OCLC.  If you have successfully reordered an item and it returns to AUP I suspect that for some reason the initial OCLC request did not get cancelled or deleted properly, thus each time the Connection Manager runs the Transaction is moved back to AUP.

So if you see this again, you can double check by opening the client, clicking on the System tab and selecting Search/Review Statuses.  Double clicking on the entry for Unfilled on the left column will display the OCLC requests which are currently at Unfilled status so that you can review them.  If you need to delete an old request which has been reordered, simply double click on the entry in the list to open the request and delete it without impacting the ILLiad transaction or the new OCLC request.
